Welcome to the world of the Direct Banking of BPS (SUISSE)

Why visit a branch in person, when most operations can be handled comfortably via the Internet and telephone? The Direct Banking virtual branch offers you an independent, telematic administration of your banking relationship. Thanks to the Direct Banking, you can carry out your banking transactions quickly and flexibly. You retain full control of your financial activities, save valuable time and benefit from the many services offered.

The Direct Banking of BPS (SUISSE) consists of two complementary teams:

CONTACT CENTER
The Contact Center has a team of selected advisors who help you to manage your banking relationships. Personal and professional advice is provided by e-mail and phone. Individual advisors can be contacted between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday on 058 855 00 60 or at contact@bps-suisse.ch.

CALL CENTER
The Call Center is your first port of call. The team can be contacted between 8 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday on 00800 800 767 76 (calls from Swiss landlines and mobiles and from landlines abroad are free); or call +41 58 855 00 80 for free if you are calling from a mobile phone abroad. Outside of these hours, leave a message on the voicemail and we'll call you back within 24 hours (on weekdays). The operators can also be contacted via e-mail at callcenter@bps-suisse.ch.

 

General information

  • Balances and transactions: Information on your account status and transactions
  • Payment transactions: Information, extraordinary orders and research on your payment transactions
  • LSV direct debits and standing orders: Information on and/or blocking of direct debits and standing orders
  • Cards: Blocking of cards, new ordering and replacements
  • Products and services: General information on our products and services

 

Documents and order forms (printing and delivery may be subject to fees)

  • Payment orders
  • Banking correspondence: Confirmation of debit/credit, account and asset statements, capital and interest statements, payment confirmations, etc. Ordering any copies of your banking correspondence
  • Payment confirmations: SWIFT and SIC copies of messages between banks
  • Data changes: Updating personal informations
