BPS (SUISSE) - Changes to the Bank's governing bodies

At its meeting on 19 September 2022, the Board of Directors of Banca Popolare di Sondrio (SUISSE) made the following appointments, with effect from 1st October 2022:

• Roberto Mastromarchi, Head of the Front Office Division: as Vice President of the Executive Board
  
  
• Alberto Donada, Director: as Head of the Loans Division.

Thanks and appreciation were expressed to Mr Mauro Pedrazzetti, Vice President of the Executive Board, who has taken a well-deserved retirement after eleven years of outstanding service. He leaves with our best wishes for the future.
