OPENING/CLOSING HOURS BRANCHES
- 24 December 2020: All Branches/Offices in Switzerland will be open until 12 a.m.
- 31 December 2020: All Branches/Offices in Switzerland will be open until 12 a.m.
- 1. January 2021: All Branches/Offices in Switzerland will be be closed
- 6 January 2021: All Branches/Offices in Switzerland will be open apart from those in Ticino, which will be closed for the Epiphany
SUBMITTING ELECTRONIC PAYMENT ORDERS
- 24 December 2020: Payment orders transmitted by 10 a.m. via GoBanking will be processed on these dates
- 31 December 2020: Payment orders transmitted by 10 a.m. via GoBanking will be processed on these dates
SUBMITTING STANDARD PAYMENT ORDERS
- 31 December 2020: Standard payment orders submitted before end of business on 28 December 2020 will be processed in 2020
