As part of the new legal framework, last year the company Comp-On conducted an analysis to verify the respect of equal pay at our Institute.
At the end of 2020, this certified our commitment to applying pay parity between women and men (Fair-ON-Pay+ label).
This year, a further analysis by the Social partnership Centre for Equal Pay in the Banking Industry (SoPaCEB) confirmed that we have correctly implemented and complied with all requirements, thus enabling us to obtain certification at sector level as well.
We are happy to have taken a further step towards integrating a more responsible and sustainable corporate philosophy.
